DESCRIPTION:As part of a worldwide day of action\, we’re standing outside Coffs Coast Wildlife “Sanctuary” and calling on them to Empty The Tanks. \nJoin us for this powerful international day of action speaking up for dolphins and whales held in captivity around the world. \nDespite ongoing community concern\, this facility continues to: \nProfit from the confinement of dolphins \nNormalise alcohol consumption around captive marine animals \nUse dolphins for circus-style tricks and performances \nAnd recent photos expose the offering of dolphin rides \nReal sanctuaries provide spacious\, naturalistic environments! Not barren swimming pools where dolphins are made to perform tricks or where tourists can jump into tanks. \nChange happens through community pressure and collective advocacy for the dolphins Jet\, Bella and Zippy who are being held here. \nLocation: Outside Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary\n Date: Saturday 9 May\nTime: 1pm–3pm \nBring your signs.
