Why Go Vegan?

Veganism is a conscious lifestyle choice to avoid exploiting animals. A vegan diet embraces ingredients sourced exclusively from plants–omitting animal-derived foods like meat, dairy, eggs, honey and gelatin. Likewise, vegan products are not tested on animals, and are free from animal materials like leather, wool, silk and fur.

People choose to adopt a vegan lifestyle for a variety of reasons, including moral, environmental and health concerns. Ultimately, the decision to become vegan is deeply personal, and can be influenced by a combination of factors based on your values.

Regardless of your motivation, these factors come together harmoniously to foster a compassionate and sustainable world; the vegan lifestyle is the closest thing we have to a panacea, or universal solution, for humanity’s most pressing issues.
